Holiday Notice
With shipping volume rising this month for the holidays, FedEx and USPS deliveries may take longer to reach our lab. We’ll begin processing your sample as soon as it arrives.

Most common questions:

  • Have you received my sample?
    Once delivered, check-in emails are sent by 7pm. If your test came with a USPS label, track it here. If your test came with a FedEx label, track it here.
  • What if my sample is delivered on a Saturday?
    The SneakPeek lab processes new samples Monday through Saturday and sends test results 7 days a week. There is no sample delivery to SneakPeek on Sundays.
  • Where are my results?
    FastTrack results are sent the same day the sample arrives at the lab, by 11:59pm at the latest. Standard results are sent the day after the sample arrives, by 5pm.
  • I can’t find my return label.
    Return labels come wrapped around the outside of your test. Can’t find it? You’ll have the opportunity to request a replacement when you activate your kit.
